Understanding the UX Process

The User Experience process commonly known as UX process is a customer enhancing and loyalty process that improves usability, pleasure and ease of use which is normally offered in the interaction and relationship between the customer and the product. The User Experience process encompasses the human –computer interaction designs (HCI) and further extends to varied aspects of product services as viewed by the users. Understanding the UX process is very important as it generally serves to offer the best outcome to users. • Research- This is an important key phase in UX that is normally known as discovery phase. It is the important step when it comes to projects, research means going out to source for enough supporting material that will be used to develop your ideas and arguments as facts. Complex projects have the best appreciation of research as an important aspect in people’s lives. 

• Strategy– everybody has a strategy in life, and even in the UX Process, strategy is viewed as an important part of articulation as it helps in branding and acting as a guiding principle and a better long term vision to the organization. There are strategies in this UX project that will generally shape and mould the goals and outcomes of the projects. It further looks at what the organization is really looking forward to achieve and the priorities that it has at a wider scope of reality.

• Design– Designs are always the common talk when it comes to every computer generated concepts. In the UX process the design phase is normally collaborative as it picks ideas and inputs from different people. It is at the same time interactive and this means that has the ability to cycle back within itself to come up with valid ideas and validate assumptions.

The whole idea of the design phase is generally to help in putting better ideas in front of users, get what they give as feedback, and refine the feedback and a repeat of the same.
